Abacoa is a 2,055 acre, master planned mixed-use community designed around the concepts and principles of Traditional Neighborhood Development. Bella Vista consists of 136 units in 34 single story buildings, with 4 units per building. A lake and dock are available. Recreation facilities include tennis and racquetball courts, and a community pool. There are no additional fees for use of the facilities. Homeowner fees of $390 per quarter include security, building insurance, cable, reserves, and exterminating for exterior termites. There are two open parking spaces per unit. Pets are permitted with limitations of one per owner, up to 30 pounds. Restrictions include: no trucks, motorcycles, large vans, mopeds, recreational vehicles or conversion vans. The Bluffs
The Bluffs is a very special community comprised of 618 single family homes located a block from the beach and close to shopping and recreational facilities. Built in 1985 by Divosta, this community offers all the amenities that are available for a beachside community.

Jonathan’s Landing
